How it works
From your first consultation to your return home, a dedicated patient coordinator manages scheduling, travel logistics and support throughout your stay. This is luxury wellness travel in Mexico, organized around you.
Initial Consultation
Schedule a 30-minute discovery call with our team. We discuss your goals and medical history, and a team member completes an eligibility review before anything is scheduled. Clients must be 18 or older. No pressure, just information.
Book Your Experience
Once our team confirms your eligibility, you choose one of our scheduled travel weekends. Programs run in small groups, two weekends a month, Friday to Monday, and your weekend is confirmed in writing as soon as your booking is complete. You receive a detailed itinerary, a pre-travel checklist, written confirmation of your accommodations, and direct access to your dedicated patient coordinator.
VIP Arrival
Fly to Cancún. Flights are not included in the program. At your request, we book them on your behalf and itemize them at the fare available at the time of booking, or you arrange your own and send us the flight details a week before you travel. Your concierge coordinates a private VIP airport transfer to your beachfront accommodations in Punta Cancún. Settle in and relax.
Your Program in Cancún
Board-certified and experienced physicians from our COFEPRIS-authorized clinical partner in León, Guanajuato, deliver your program in Cancún. Optional premium add-on: visit the León facility for a behind-the-scenes tour.
Recovery & Relaxation
Recovery-focused IV wellness sessions and beach time in Punta Cancún, with transportation to the excursions you choose, each cleared by your physician. Your patient coordinator manages everything.
Return Home
Private VIP transfer back to Cancún airport. Head home with structured follow-up guidance and your care team available for questions after you return.

No. Our entire team speaks English, and your patient coordinator handles all communication.
Do I need to travel to León?
No. Your program is delivered in Cancún by board-certified and experienced physicians from our COFEPRIS-authorized clinical partner in León, Guanajuato. A premium add-on is available if you would like to visit the León facility.
What if I have complications or questions after I return?
