Our role

RegenerateMX is a medical concierge. We help you understand options and arrange consultations, travel logistics and follow-up support for treatment delivered in Cancún, Mexico, by independent, board-certified and experienced physicians from our COFEPRIS-authorized clinical partner in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. We are not the treating clinic, and we do not provide medical care. Every clinical decision, and the decision to treat at all, belongs to the physician who evaluates you.

Medical services are contracted directly between you and the treating clinic, under its own terms and its own written informed consent. Our fees cover concierge, accommodations and travel logistics only; we never sell, price or warrant cellular products to patients. Any physician in your home country whom you consult before or after your program is paid by you directly for that service. We do not pay or receive referral fees.

Not medical advice

Content on this site is general information, not medical advice, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Reading this site or booking a consultation through it does not make you a patient. You must be physically evaluated by a physician before any treatment decision is made.

Regulatory status and risk

Most regenerative medicine is considered experimental. All procedures carry risk, including infection, immune reaction, scarring, and the possibility of no benefit at all. We will not tell you a procedure is right for you; that determination belongs to your physician after reviewing your full medical history. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of outcome. Every patient is different and individual outcomes vary.

Business products

Cellular products described on our business pages are supplied only to licensed medical professionals and institutions in Mexico and in Latin American markets our counsel has cleared. They are not offered to consumers and are not offered for shipment to, importation into, or use in any other market. The purchasing institution and its treating physicians are responsible for compliance with the regulations that apply where the product is used.

Eligibility

Treatment is offered only to adults who pass the treating physician's clinical review. We do not treat anyone under 18. You are responsible for giving the clinic accurate information about your health, medications, allergies, and prior procedures. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information can make a procedure unsafe for you and may invalidate your eligibility assessment. If the physician who evaluates you in Cancún decides that treatment is not appropriate for you, the treatment portion of your program fee is refunded in full; accommodations, transfers and any flights already used or issued are not.

Pricing, payment and cancellation

• Program details and investment are discussed during your consultation. Prices are quoted in US dollars and confirmed in writing before you travel. Our packages include 3 nights of hotel accommodations, airport and clinic transfers, and transportation to clinician-approved excursions in Cancún. Airfare to Cancún is not included in the program price. At your request, we book your flights on your behalf, itemized separately at the fare available at the time of booking, or you arrange them yourself. Excursion bookings and any nights beyond the 3 included are at your own expense; airport, clinic and excursion transportation in Cancún is included.
• Programs run on scheduled travel weekends in small groups. Your weekend is confirmed in writing as soon as your booking is complete. If a weekend cannot run, you may move to the next available weekend or receive a full refund of what you paid us for the program; flights already issued in your name follow the airline's fare rules.
• If you arrange your own flights, send us your airline, flight numbers and arrival time at least 7 days before your travel weekend. We need them to confirm your transfers; without them, your place may be released under the cancellation terms in your written confirmation.
• Program prices can change. The price in your written confirmation is the price that applies to your booking.
• Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your written confirmation before any payment is taken.
• We do not charge for arranging a consultation. Our concierge fee is part of the program price you confirm in writing; the clinic does not pay us.

Visa, customs and insurance

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport, to obtain any visa or entry authorization you need, and to satisfy customs and import regulations for anything you carry across a border. Travel and medical insurance covering your procedure is your responsibility, and we strongly recommend it. We are not liable for costs arising from a denied visa, a refused entry, or insufficient insurance.

Your accounts and conduct

You agree not to use this site to submit false medical information, to harass staff or clinicians, to attempt to access the site improperly, or to copy or republish substantial parts of it.

Intellectual property

The content, design, branding and code of this site belong to RegenerateMX and its licensors. You may read and share links to it; you may not commercially reuse it or reproduce it without written permission. Clinical content and product documentation supplied to B2B partners remain the property of the clinic.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegenerateMX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and is not liable for clinical outcomes or for acts or omissions of the treating clinic or its physicians. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the courts of León, Guanajuato, have jurisdiction over any dispute. The clinical relationship is additionally subject to the laws and professional regulations that apply to your treating physician and clinic.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your booking confirmation takes precedence over anything on this site for that specific booking.
